Scout Accounts
Statements for individual scout accounts are always available by contacting the treasurer, Bob Middendorf, troop675treasurer@comcast.net . Accounts that fall into arrears will have additional statements mailed so that they may be brought into a positive status. We are required to pay many items in advance of the actual events. This is especially true of trips such as Philmont and summer camps which are more cost intensive. Please be sure your account is sufficiently funded to cover these items if you are planning to attend. We try to spread our costs out and keep everyone informed of the due dates so that these items can be budgeted.

Reimbursements for Event Expenses
Expense forms are located under the forms tab on the main page, at the link provided below, or you may get one from the treasurer or scoutmaster. These forms should be filled out, with receipts attached, in a timely manner and turned in to the leader responsible for the event. It should be possible to turn in these forms at the end of every event. For a weekend camp, food receipts could be turned in when the scout is picked up. For other types of expenses, take a form along to the event, fill it out and turn it in, while waiting for troop gear to be distributed.
For any event, if you think you might have a reimbursable expense take a form along and fill it out at the end of the event. This will make the bookkeeping very much cleaner.

Friends Of Scouting updated 02-15-10
To the parents of Troop 675:
This year's Friends of Scouting presentation will be made at the 25 Feb. parent meeting. Everyone will be receiving an email with more information and a sample pledge card. Please review the material and come prepared to turn in you card whether pledging or not. Please support pur district and council if you are able.
I do want to encourage all of the parents who have not made a pledge or turned in their cards to do so. You can turn them into me, send them to Council or donate online at www.neic.org/donate.
